The World’s Most Misunderstood Cocktail: The Daiquiri

Join us at the Churchill St. bar for a class dedicated to the Daiquiri. We will cover a history of the daiquiri (the good, the bad, and the bastardized), getting to know the ingredients (including trying a variety of rums), and tasting the classic along with several variations, which will include something for everybody's palette. Attendees will leave this class with a new/renewed appreciation of rum, some cocktail knowledge to take to your home bar, an understanding of how the daiquiri has influenced cocktail culture, light snacks from the kitchen, and of course a little tropical glow...
